Structural Failures Risk Analysis as a Tool Supporting Corporate Responsibility

The problem of the structural failures is inextricably linked with construction industry. A failure can be defined as unintentional, violent destruction a building object or its part, well elements scaffolding, forming elements, sheet piling and excavation linings. Structural always entail financial environmental losses that cause big for companies. analysis allows to indicate causes led them, but also introduce actions help avoid them decrease their appearance in future. From point view sustainability risk, human life, corporate responsibility, possible penalties, it very important element business process management an enterprise. In paper occurring Poland 2015–2019 were analyzed based on data from General Office Building Control (GUNB). They are divided into two categories: caused by random factors resulting error. Failures error those related construction, used material operation (exploitation). during works, e.g., renovation, demolition existing facilities, use facility facilities excluded use, analyzed. Then, individual terms repeatability each category. risk priority number was calculated group “random events” nine “human error”. Actions aimed at reducing future proposed. results provide conclusions constitute input improvement both processes themselves procedures design, exploitation, methods frequency inspections.
